Kitties and TV: Cable or DirectTV?

We don’t like the world to know this, but cats do watch TV. I especially love nature shows with critters moving across the screen and lots of animal sounds. My humans currently have Comcast cable, which they are not overly fond of in the least. They have been looking into getting DirectTV.

There are a lot more channels that we would love to get that cable does not offer. Plus if we moved out of this area (which we are considering since we cannot stand our neighbors, but that is a whole different topic), there would be a different cable company any way. With Directv you don’t have that problem. You just take it with you when you move.

I thought they were talking about moving to California so I looked up DirectTV in California. Turns out they were talking about a street name. Looks like I got all excited for nothing. Besides it was all just talk (for now or at least I think it is).

Okay, so the big question left is, should we switch from cable to satellite TV now? What do you think?
